1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a DeHub account or using the DeHub service (web at dehub.tech / dehub.vn and the DeHub mobile apps), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you use the service with parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraud, cheating, abuse, or other violations of these Terms.

4. DeHub Points and Rewards

DeHub Points are an in-service unit used to redeem digital rewards and partner offers. Points have no cash value outside the service, are non-transferable except through features we enable, and may expire as specified in-app. Rewards availability depends on partner inventory and may change at any time.

5. Fair Play

Use of VPNs, emulators, tampered devices, automation tools, or exploits to gain unfair advantage is prohibited. We employ fraud-detection measures (including device integrity checks) and reserve the right to reverse gameplay outcomes, forfeit Points, or terminate accounts found in violation.

6. Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play, Apple App Store, or local payment gateways, subject to their terms. Refunds follow the respective platform's policy and applicable Vietnamese consumer-protection law.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (display name, avatar selection, chat messages). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit such content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others or violate applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All DeHub trademarks, logos, artwork, and software are the property of DEHUB INTERNATIONAL VIET NAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the limited licence to use the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. The service depends on network availability; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost Points, rewards, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We may amend these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.
