Delete Account

You can permanently delete your DeHub account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, gameplay history, friend list, DeHub Points balance, and all content you submitted. Some data required by law (for example, financial records for completed purchases) is retained for the period mandated by Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the DeHub app (or dehub.tech / dehub.vn on the web).
2. Sign in, then go to Settings → Manage Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm your password and tap Delete my account.
4. You'll receive an email confirmation. Your account is queued for deletion within 24 hours.

Option 2 — Email us

If you cannot sign in, email the address below from the account's registered email. Include your phone number (if any) and a brief reason so we can locate the correct record.

What gets deleted

• Profile: name, avatar, email, phone, device identifiers.
• Gameplay: tournaments entered, scores, leaderboard placements.
• Economy: DeHub Points balance, redemption history not yet fulfilled.
• Social: friend list, invites sent or received, chat messages.
• Authentication: password hash, OAuth link tokens.

What we keep (and why)

• Invoices and completed-purchase records — 5 years, as required by Vietnamese tax law.
• Fraud-abuse flags tied to device fingerprints — retained to prevent abuse from the same device after deletion.
• Anonymised analytics aggregates that contain no personal identifiers.

Timing

Most deletions complete within 24 hours. Complex cases (ongoing disputes, pending withdrawals) may take up to 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email when deletion completes.
