DEHUB INTERNATIONAL VIET NAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("we", "us", "our") operates the DeHub rewards gaming hub accessible via dehub.tech and dehub.vn as well as the DeHub mobile apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. • Personal Information: name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials (OAuth tokens from Google, Facebook, or Apple Sign In).
• Gameplay Data: tournaments entered, scores submitted, rewards earned or redeemed, friends invited, and in-app actions necessary to operate the rewards system.
• Payment Information: processed by third-party providers (Google Play, Apple App Store, and local payment gateways); card details are not stored on our servers.
• Device and Usage Data: device identifier, operating system version, browser type, IP address, locale, pages or screens visited, and timestamps, used for analytics, fraud detection, and security.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the DeHub rewards and tournament service.
• Operate matchmaking, leaderboards, invites, and score submission.
• Deliver and fulfil in-app rewards, redemptions, and promotions.
• Process payments and manage purchase history.
• Communicate account, security, and service updates.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, VPN/jailbreak circumvention, and other technical or security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations applicable to us in Vietnam and internationally.
